Alleged Moto Z Play with Full HD display, Snapdragon 625 SoC spotted

Motorola is purportedly working on another Z-series smartphone called Moto Z Play smartphone. Now an unannounced Motorola smartphone with model name XT1635-03 has been spotted on the website of TENAA – the Chinese certification agency, which is expected to be launched as Moto Z Play.

As per TENAA listing, the Motorola phone has a 5.5-inch Full HD (1920 x 1080p) AMOLED display, 2GHz octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 processor, 3GB of RAM, and 64GB of internal storage, with option to expand further via micro SD card. The smartphone runs on 6.0.1 Marshmallow operating system and has a 3300/3510 battery.

Further, the alleged Moto Z Play is listed on TENAA with a 16-megapixel rear camera, LED flash light on the back and a 5-megapixel selfie shooter on the front. Besides, the smartphone offers Gravity sensor, proximity sensor, light sensor, with VoLTE support, WiFi, Bluetooth, and MicroUSB port. The handset measures 156.4 × 76.4 × 6.99 mm and weighs 165 grams. The alleged Moto Z Play is has black and white color variants, as per the listing.
