As the Samsung Galaxy Note 7 is inching towards its expected launch on 2nd August, we are seeing a numerous leaks and rumors every other day. Now, a Samsung device with model no SM-N930F, alleged to be Samsung Galaxy Note 7, has been spotted on Samsung’s official website. The website now hosts a user agent profile page for the device.
Sadly, the page does not reveal any information regarding the features of the upcoming device. The page only confirms that Samsung is working on a device with the model number SM-N930F.
The Galaxy Note 4 and the Galaxy Note 5 had code names of SM-N910 and SM-N920 respectively, so it is expected that Samsung SM-N930F might be the Samsung Galaxy Note 7. It is also rumored that Galaxy Note 7 EDGE might also come with the model number SM-G935 since Galaxy S7 Edge has model number SM-G935.
As per earlier rumors, the Samsung Galaxy Note 7 is expected to feature a 5.8-inch display, 12-megapixel rear camera with IR autofocus, 6 GB RAM, 32 GB of internal storage, 4000 mAh battery, and Exynos 8890 and/or Snapdragon 823 chipset. It will have Android Marshmallow 6.0.1 operating system. It is likely to be water and dust resistant as well.
Recently, it was reported that Samsung plans to produce 2.5 million units in July and an equal amount in August. Reportedly, Samsung Galaxy Note 7 will come with iris scanner. The Korean manufacturer Patron will supply the iris scanners for the Galaxy Note 7.
