Alcatel India has added another smartphone to its kitty. Its new smartphone, which is dubbed as Alcatel X1, is found listed on e-commerce websites Flipkart and Amazon.in for Rs 15,999. The smartphone comes in Silver White and Silver Black colours.
The Alcatel X1 has a 5-inch HD (1280 x 720p) AMOLED 2.5D Curved Glass display with Dragontrail DT-X Glass while its back panel has Gorilla Glass protection. It is powered by a 1.4 GHz octa-core Snapdragon 415 (MSM8929) processor, Adreno 405 GPU, and 2GB RAM. For storage, there is 16GB of internal memory and an expandable storage slot of 128GB capacity. The smartphone runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop operating system and is backed up by a 2150 mAh battery, which claims to offer up-to 19 hours of talk-time and 74 hours of standby time.
The smartphone flaunts a 13-megapixel auto focus camera with dual-tone LED Flash on the back and a 5-megapixel selfie camera on the front. The camera offers f/2.2 aperture, wide angle lens of 79.8 degree, 1.12 um Pixel size, 1/3.06 sensor, and auto focus.
Further, the Alcatel X1 offers Dual SIM, 4G LTE, WiFi (802.11 b/g/n), Bluetooth 4.0, A-GPS, a Micro USB port, OTG functionality, WiFi Direct, WiFi Hotspot, G-Sensor, Gyroscope, eCompass, Proximity Sensor, Light Sensor, 3D Spin Effect, Dual Mic Noise Cancellation, Hi-Fi HD Sound with Wolfson Microelectronics Technology, Hi-Fi HD Sound with Cirrus Logic Technology and Arkamys Enhancement Technology for the Great Sound. The handset measures 69.2x145x6.99 mm and weighs around 140 grams.
