Alcatel has unveiled its new smartphone under its A-series at CES 2017, which is named as Alcatel A3 XL. The smartphone is priced at $200, which is approximately Rs 13,563 and will be made available in Asia Pacific, Middle East, African and Latin American markets in Q1 2017.
Alcatel A3 XL has a 6-inch HD IPS display with a resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels and is powered by a 1.1GHz quad-core MediaTek MT8735B processor, which is clubbed with Mali-T720 GPU. It comes with 1GB of RAM and 8GB of internal storage, which can be further expandable up to 32GB via microSD.
The A3 XL smartphone runs on Android 7.0 Nougat operating system and gets its juices from a 3,000 mAh battery. The smartphone also houses a fingerprint scanner, which is placed on its back panel. On the camera front, the smartphone offers an 8-megapixel rear camera, and a 5-megapixel front-facing camera for selfies and video calling. Both rear and front camera comes with a LED flashlight.
Besides, the Alcatel A3 XL offers 4G LTE, WiFi (802.11 a/b/g/n), Bluetooth 4.0, GPS, a microUSB port, OTG support, G-sensor, Proximity, and Light Sensor. The handset measures 165 x 82.5 x 7.9mm.
