Alcatel 3V full specs and renders leaked ahead of MWC 2018 launch

The smartphone will be available in Blue, Black and Gold colour options.

Alcatel is reportedly working to launch a slew of products at the upcoming Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2018. The brand is reported to launch Alcatel 5 and 3V during the event. Now, just ahead of launch, full specs and some new images of the Alcatel 3V have emerged online.

According to a tweet by a renowned tipster, Roland Quandt, the smartphone will be available in Blue, Black and Gold colour options. The tipster shares full specs on its Twitter handle along with some new images and a promo video of the upcoming device.

To start with the specs, the Alcatel 3V comes loaded with a 6.0-inch Full IPS display with a screen resolution 2160 x 1080 pixels along with an aspect ratio of 18:9 and 2.5D curved glass. The smartphone is powered by a quad-core 1.45GHz MediaTek MT8735A along with Mali T20 MP2 GPU. The phone is backed by a 2GB of and 16GB of internal storage, which can be further expanded up to 128GB via micro card slot.

On the camera front, the smartphone will feature a dual-camera setup at the back panel with a combination of 12-megapixel primary sensor along with 2-megapixel secondary sensor. For the front, there will be a 5-megapixel fixed focus camera (interpolate to 8-megapixel) with flash.

The Alcatel 3V is backed by a 3000mAh battery, which can give 6 hours of talk time, 500 hours of and 4 hours of charging time. The phone will run on the latest 8.0 Oreo as well. On the connectivity front, the phone supports VoLTE, WiFi 802.11 a/b/g/n, 4.2, with A-SPG, dual SIM and port. The phone measures 162 x 76 x 8.05 mm and weighs 155 grams.
