Airtel is offering Rs 50 discount for its Rs 399 postpaid plan

The Rs 399 myPlan Infinity postpaid plan offers 20GB of 4G data per month. However, the company is offering additional 20GB data for 12 months, which makes a grand total of 40GB. Further, the plan comes with data rollover facility, meaning that the unused data be carry forward to next billing.

Bharti Airtel is reportedly offering Rs 50 discount on its cheapest Rs 399 to attract new consumers and match the recent the similar plans of Vodafone and Reliance Jio.

As per a report by TelecomTalk, Bharti Airtel is offering a discount of Rs 50 for a total of six months. This brings down the cost of Rs 399 plan to just Rs 349. This also means that users will get a discount of Rs 300 over the next six months. However, once the discount period is over, consumers will need to pay Rs 399 every month.

The Rs 399 myPlan Infinity postpaid plan offers 20GB of data per month. However, the company is offering additional 20GB data for 12 months, which makes a grand total of 40GB. Further, the plan comes with data rollover facility, meaning that the unused data be carry forward to next billing. Apart from this, the entry-level plan from Airtel comes with unlimited voice calls on local and STD network coupled with free national on outgoing calls. Users also get 100 per day and a free subscription of Wynk Music, although Amazon Prime subscription is not valid in this plan.

The plan now gives a stiff competition to Vodafone RED Entertainment plan that comes with a price tag of Rs 3999. Under this plan, users get unlimited free calling all over India coupled with free national roaming. Further, the pack comes with 40GB of data per month with data rollover facility of up to 200GB.

Interestingly, the RED Entertainment pack comes with free Amazon Prime subscription for one year. Apart from this, users will get to enjoy Vodafone Play live TV subscription for 12 months and free vouchers every month equal to the monthly rental.
