Currently, you can make video calls using (Voice over Internet Protocol) or using the services of telecom operators. If you are using VoIP services such as Skype, you could incur around 2 of data. Most leading operators are charging 10 paisa for 10 of data consumed. So if you would probably pay Rs 10.24 for 1 MB or about Rs 20 for a minute of video calling using VoiP services. But many other operators like Aircel are charging 1 paisa per 10 KB so you would probably end up paying much higher if you use VoIP services for video calls to mobile phone numbers in India.

Vodafone currently offering video calls at Rs 3 per minute (home outgoing as well as in incoming roaming) and Rs 4 per minute in outgoing. RCom is offering video calls at 5 paisa per second. Airtel has a video calling pack which costs Rs 66 and offers 75 minutes of video calls; otherwise you can make video calls at 5 paisa per second rate.
