Smartphone maker, Acer is all set to bring a new dual SIM based Android handset. According to Bluetooth Special Interest Group, Acer Z110 smartphone will feature a Dual-SIM configuration and will also house a dual-core MediaTek mobile processor. The Acer Z110 will run Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich update as well.
Targeted at emerging markets such as India, this mid-range device will house a dual-core 1 GHz MediaTek 6516 mobile processor and will pack 256 MB of RAM to run the Android 4.0 ICS just fine.
Besides a 3.5-inch touchscreen display with 320×480 Pixel resolution, the Acer Z110 will come bundled with standard features such as WiFi and Bluetooth.
As of now, there is no clarity on the pricing but this smartphone is expected to release sometime in late December this year.
