Acer has launched the refreshed Nitro 5 laptop in India, making it the country’s first gaming laptop to come with the AMD Ryzen 7000 Series Processor under the hood. Meanwhile, Asus debuted a new ProArt Mouse in the country, which scrolls through 100 lines per revolution and lasts 5X longer than traditional mouse scrolls according to the company.
Acer Nitro 5 (2023) Price, Specs
The new 2023 Acer Nitro 5 starts at Rs 79,990 and will be available via Flipkart, the Acer E-store, and all Acer exclusive stores.
The Acer Nitro 5 sports a 15.6-inch QHD display with a 165Hz refresh rate, 3ms response time, and support for AMD FreeSync technology. Under the hood, it can pack both the AMD Ryzen 5 7535HS hexa-core processor and the Ryzen 7 7735HS octa-core processor, coupled with the Nvidia GeForce RTX 3050 graphics.
There’s support for up to 32GB of DDR5 RAM (4GB of dedicated GDDR6 VRAM) and 512GB of SSD storage. There are two slots for M.2 PCIe SSDs. For connectivity, you get Wi-Fi 6E (with Intel Killer E2600 Ethernet Controller), HDMI 2.1, USB 3.2 Gen 1, USB 3.2 Gen 2, and USB Type-C ports.
Additional features include quad-exhaust port design, a dual-fan cooling system, 2W dual speakers with DTS:X Ultra and 3D spatial sound. Additionally, you get a 4-zone RGB keyboard with a dedicated NitroSense key.

Asus ProArt Mouse Price, Specs
ASUS ProArt Mouse will be available from 20th March 2023 at a price of Rs 8,499. ASUS has further expanded its accessories line with two new bags, the ASUS Vantage Briefcase 15.6 and the EOS 2 Shoulder bag. The former will be available from 20th March 2023 at a price of Rs 20,990, while the EOS 2 Shoulder bag will be available from 1st April 2023, with prices starting of Rs 899.
These accessories will be available via ASUS eshop, Amazon, Flipkart, ASUS Exclusive Stores and the ROG Stores.
The ASUS ProArt Mouse comes equipped with three buttons having professional-grade switches that provide tactile mouse clicks. Further, it has a high-performance sensor that tracks at up to 4200 dpi even when used on a glass surface.
The large, independent middle key comes with a changeable integrated gaming-graded switch and offers the same solid feel for both left- and right-side clicks. The mouse supports dual connectivity with support for both RF and Bluetooth standards.
One can connect with up to 4 devices. The ASUS ProArt Mouse features Fast charging where a 1-minute charger can offer up to 8 hours of battery life and when fully charged, it can last up to 150 days.
