Acer has announced the release of its latest mid-range Android smartphone, which is dubbed as Acer Liquid Zest Plus, at an event held in New York yesterday. The Liquid Zest Plus smartphone is priced at CAD 249 ($190) and will be available in the USA in coming days.
The highlight of this smartphone is its huge 5,000 mAh battery, which claims to deliver up-to 3 days of battery Life and comes with quick charging support.
As far as other specification are concerned, the Acer Liquid Zest Plus features a 5.5-inch HD (720p) IPS Zero Air Gap display. It is armed with a 1.3 GHz quad-core (MediaTek MT6735) Cortex-A53 processor, along with Mali-T720 GPU, 2GB of RAM, and 16GB of internal storage. The smartphone runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow operating system.
The Liquid Zest Plus flaunts a 13-megapixel rear snapper with Hybrid Tri-Focus System, which is capable to use three different Autofocus setings- PDAF, Laser and contrast detection. In its front, there is a 5-magapixel Wide-Angle selfie camera. Besides, the smartphone offers DTS-HD Premium Sound speakers and comes with all basic connectivity options.
