A Chromebook is a laptop or tablet which runs on Linux-based Chrome OS as its operating system. These devices can make your work much faster if you very well know the keyboard Chromebook shortcuts.
There are several keyboard shortcuts in Chromebook to complete some tasks using few strokes of the Keyboard. Let’s take a look at the Top 10 keyboard shortcuts for Chromebook:
Ctrl + Show Windows
You can take a screenshot of your entire desktop by pressing Ctrl and the switch window button, which is just above the 6 number. If you want to take a partial screenshot, then you can press Ctrl + Alt + switch window button. Then click and drag.
Search + Alt
You can turn Caps Lock on or off by pressing Search + Alt. Or press Launcher + Alt.
Search + L
You can lock your screen by pressing Search + L. Or press Launcher + L.
Shift + Escape
To call up Chrome’s Task Manager, you need to click the Shift + Escape button. This will show you apps that are using the most system resources and need to be closed immediately.
Shift + Ctrl + Q
If you want to sign out of your Google Account, you have to press Shift + Ctrl + q (twice)
Alt + backspace
If you want to delete the character to the left of your cursor, you need to press the Alt + backspace button. This is unlike Windows, where there is a separate delete button.
Ctrl + +
Pressing Ctrl + + will zoom in and magnify the current tab of Chrome. Ctrl + – zooms out and shrinks the current tab of Chrome.

Ctrl + T
If you need to open a new tab, press Ctrl + T. By pressing Ctrl + Shift + T, your last closed tab will open again. To close a current tab, press Ctrl + W.
Alt+ [ or Alt + ]
Pressing Alt + [ will PIN the current window to the left side of the screen and Alt + ] will pin the current window on the right side of the screen
Ctrl + Alt + /
