It comes with a 5 inch IPS display, a 1.2 GHz processor, 512 MB RAM, and 4 GB inbuilt memory. Like A450, it has an 8 megapixel rear and 2 megapixel front camera. It has two batteries of 2800 mAh each, which sounds unbelievable but that is what the company said on its website. 
The phone gets a very large battery, which is great, plus other specifications are also good, though it’s a relatively lesser-known brand and therefore might not become very popular soon.

12. Spice Stellar Horizon Pro Mi-505 (Rs 8,499)
Spice Mobile (S Mobility’s) latest 5 inch Android smartphone is called Stellar Horizon Mi 505 Pro. The dual 3G SIM phone comes with a 5 inch display with 800 x 480 pixel resolution and a 1 GHz dual core processor, and is priced at Rs 8,499. Stellar Horizon Mi 505 Pro is 9.6 mm thick and it runs on Android 4.0 operating system. It comes with a 5 megapixel rear camera with dual LED flash and a front facing 1.3 megapixel camera. 
The phone gets 4 GB of inbuilt memory and 512 MB RAM and offers a decent 2100 mAh battery, but with only four hours of claimed talktime. In terms of connectivity the Horizon Pro Mi505 gets Bluetooth 4.0, 3G on both the SIM cards, WiFi and GPS. Stellar Horizon Pro Mi 505 comes with a free leather cover and screen guard. Apart from Android 4.0, which is not the latest, the phone offers good specifications at a very attractive price.

13. Swipe Fablet F1 (Rs 8,499)
Swipe Fablet F1 comes with a 5 inch WVGA (800 x 480 pixel) display. The dual SIM phone supports 3G on one of the SIM cards and is powered by a MediaTek sourced 1 GHz processor coupled with 512 MB RAM and based on Android 4.0 ICS operating system. You also get a 2500 mAh battery, 5 megapixel rear and a 0.3 megapixel front camera. 
Other features like GPS, FM radio, WiFi and Bluetooth are all there. While the phone’s battery is good, in terms of other features there are several phones in this price bracket with better processor and other specifications.

14. Karbonn Smart A111 (Rs 8,799)
Karbonn Smart A111 comes with Android 4.0 operating system and is powered by a 1.2 GHz Qualcomm Scorpion dual core processor coupled with 512 MB RAM. In terms of camera though Smart A111 has a 5 megapixel unit at the back with auto focus, burst mode and face detection features. There is a front VGA camera for video chat as well. The phone has a 2100 mAh battery. 
Other features include 4 GB internal memory, support for 32 GB external storage, light sensor, G-sensor, proximity sensor, 3G and WiFi connectivity. The phone was launched at a slightly higher price but now with the price getting lowered it is one of the options you can safely consider.

15. Videocon A51 (Rs 8,900)
Videocon A51 is a 5 inch phone with Android 4.0 operating system, a 1 GHz dual core processor and 512 MB RAM. The display boasts 854 x 480 pixel resolution (similar to Canvas II A110). It comes with a 2000 mAh battery, an 8 megapixel camera at the back and a VGA camera in the front. 
It gets features like Micromax Canvas 2 at a lower price point; but Android 4.1 Jelly Bean would have made this phone even better.

16. Byond B65 (Rs 9,199)
Byond, the dual SIM phone, comes with Android 4.0 ICS operating system, a 5 inch display with WVGA (800 x 480 pixel) resolution and a 1.2 GHz dual core processor. It has 512 MB RAM and 4 GB ROM (2 GB user available). 
Besides, Byond B65 has an 8 megapixel camera with single LED flash at the back and a 1.3 megapixel camera in the front. Byond has put a relatively large 2400 mAh battery in the B65 as well. The smartphone has 3G, WiFi and Bluetooth connectivity as well as proximity and gravity sensors. The phone gets quite a big battery and the rest of the specifications are also at par with other good phones in this price bracket.

17. Intex Aqua 5 (Rs 9,399)
Intex Aqua 5.0 comes with dual SIM as well as a dual core 1 GHz processor. Featuring a 5 inch display with 480 x 800 pixel resolution it has Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich OS. This 3G dual SIM phone gets 512 MB RAM and offers only 4 GB on-board memory. Intex bundles a 4 GB microSD card pre-loaded with games. There is a 5 megapixel camera at the back with LED flash to capture HD quality videos. 
Video calls will be possible with the front facing 1.3 megapixel camera. A 2000 mAh battery powers the device, which seems to have decent specifications, but nothing outstanding.

Zync Z5 dual core comes with a 1 GHz dual core processor coupled with 512 MB RAM and 8 GB internal storage. The Zync Z5 comes with an 8 megapixel rear camera with flash and a 0.3 megapixel front camera, both with video recording capability. 
The 5 inch display features 800 x 480 pixel resolution. Zync Z5 is based on Android 4.0.3 ICS operating system. The phone gets a large 2500 mAh battery and in terms of memory too it is the best in the category. The rest of the specifications are similar to rival products.

Canvas A110 has a 5 inch IPS screen with 800 x 480 pixel resolution and boasts an 8 megapixel rear camera, that too with dual flash. Canvas A110 has a dual core 1 GHz processor coupled with 512 MB RAM, and it is powered by a 2000 mAh battery. 
The phone recently got Android 4.1 Jelly Bean update, which makes it the only phone with the latest version of Android in this segment. It is also the most popular phone in this entire list. You can read a review of it here.

Micromax Canvas 3D is the first phone with glasses-free 3D display. The phone comes with a 5 inch display. It has a 1 GHz dual core processor and runs on Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean operating system. Packed with a 2000 mAh battery, the phone provides talktime of up to 4.5 hours, ensuring strong battery backup. The phone sports a 5 megapixel rear camera with auto focus while a 0.3 megapixel camera is in the front.
With expandable memory of 32 GB, the phone supports Bluetooth 4.0 and WiFi. It comes with Micromax 3D Space, which allows access to 3D videos and pre-loaded 3D games. We have reviewed the phone and while the display renders 3D well, it does cause a lot of strain when you watch it for long.
