13 MP camera bearing Blu Studio One launched in India at Rs 7,999

Blu Studio One is now available on Flipkart.

Yesterday, Blu X1 was launched via Amazon at Rs 5,999. Today we spotted another handset of the US smartphone maker on Flipkart. The new handset, named as Blu Studio One, is listed on the site at Rs 7,999. The Blu Studio One was launched earlier this year for global markets for $127 which is approximately Rs 8,500. The device comes in black and grey colors.

Blu Studio One has a 5-inch (1280 × 720) IPS display, a 1.3 GHz quad core Cortex-A53 MT6735 processor, 2GB LPDDR3 RAM and 5.1 Lollipop operating system.

Blu Studio One comes with a 13 megapixel rear camera with LED flash. For selfies, it has a 5 megapixel front camera. The handset has 16 of in-built storage which can be expanded to 64 GB through a micro card. It has a 2450 mAh removable battery.

The dual Blu Studio One offers 4G/LTE connectivity along with WiFi (802.11 b/g/n), A-GPS, micro USB, and a 3.5 mm jack. The phone comes with Proximity sensor, Light Sensor and G-sensor.

Blu entered India last year with two Windows smartphones- Win JR and Win HD LTE at Rs 5,999 and Rs 7,999 respectively. The BLU Win HD LTE features a 5-inch HD (1280 x 720 pixels) IPS OGS display offering 294 ppi pixel density. It comes with an 8 megapixel rear camera with LED flash. For Selfies, it comes with a 2 megapixel front camera. It packs a 2,500 mAh battery. Connectivity wise, it supports 2G, 4G/ LTE, Wi-fi, Bluetooth 4.0, micro-USB, FM Radio and GPS. The dimensions of the phone is 145 x 72 x 8.2 mm. It’s available in white, yellow, grey and orange colours.

The BLU Win JR LTE sports a 4.5-inch display with 854 x 480 pixels (FWVGA) resolution, thus offering 218 ppi pixel density. It too has a 5 megapixel rear camera with LED flash and a front camera. There is a 2000 mAh battery in this phone which supports as well. The smartphone also offers WiFi, Bluetooth 4.0, micro-USB, FM Radio and GPS. The phone has a dimension of 133 x 67.5 x 9.5 mm and is available in white, yellow, grey, orange and pink colours.

Both of the smartphones are powered by a 1.2GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 quad-core processor and 1GB of RAM. Both the phones come with 8GB in-built storage which can be expanded upto 32GB through a micro SD card. The dual sim phones run on Windows Phone 8.1 and will receive the Windows 10 update when it’s made available, assured the company. For graphics, both have Adreno 306 GPU.
