WhatsApp is a widely used mobile instant messenger that allows connecting with your friends and family for almost free. With nominal data charges, one can share photos, songs and videos using WhatsApp. However, one of the major thing that has LED to many arguments and squabbles amongst people is the ‘Last Seen At’ stamp on the title bar of an individual.
That time stamp can be see by selecting the Contact in the WhatsApp and opening it for one-to-one chat. WhatsApp has been already offering the option to hide the Time Stamp status on iOS devices and the same will soon be made available for the Android smartphone users as well.
All Android OS based smartphone users need to download the latest build of WhatsApp from the official website to install it on their smartphones. Access the following the link on your Android smartphone and download the APK – www.whatsapp.com/android. Once downloaded, follow the below mentioned procedure.
Step One
Go to Settings.
Step Two
Select Account
Step Three
From Account, select the new option on the top – Privacy.
Step Four
In the Privacy window, select the option – Last Seen At.
Step Five
From the pop-up menu card, select the option of your choice – My Contacts or Nobody.
You may also hide your photo from strangers by choosing appropriate options.
