World of Warcraft, the popular massively multiplayer online role-playing game, has announced a new reward for its players who have a Prime Gaming subscription. Prime Gaming is a service that offers free games, in-game loot, and other perks for Amazon Prime members.
The reward for November 2023 is the Armored Bloodwing, a bat-like mount that features glowing red armor and spikes. The Armored Bloodwing is a rare and coveted item in World of Warcraft, as it was previously only available through the Blizzard Store for $25. It was last sold in 2018 and hasn’t made a comeback until now. Now, players can get it for free by claiming it through Prime Gaming before November 28.
To claim the Armored Bloodwing, players need to have an active Prime Gaming account and link it to their Blizzard account. They can then visit the Prime Gaming Rewards page for World of Warcraft and click on the Claim Your Loot button. Once they log in to the game, they can visit any transmogrifier vendor in any major city and find the mount in their Appearances tab.
The Armored Bloodwing is the latest in a series of exclusive rewards that World of Warcraft has offered through Prime Gaming this year. Previous rewards include the Jewel of the Firelord, the Hood of Hungering Darkness, and the Crown of Eternal Winter, which are all cosmetic helms that were originally from the Trading Card Game or the Refer-a-Friend program.
Meanwhile, the game is ready to be updated with v10.2 patch this November, wherein, the developers will introduce a new zone, a new raid, new faction rewards, and more. But one of the most anticipated features of the update is a new accessibility option that will allow players to customise the background colours for NPC dialogue and quest boxes
