OnePlusSmartphones by OnePlus

OnePlus is a Chinese smartphone manufacturer founded in December 2013. The company is headquartered in Shenzhen, Guangdong. OnePlus primarily sells smartphones under its own brand, but also has a subsidiary, OnePlus Technology (Shenzhen) Co. Ltd., that manufactures and distributes other products under the “OnePlus” brand.OnePlus had sold over 1 million devices by October 2014. In April 2014, the company revealed that it was working with Cyanogen Inc. to produce phones with the CyanogenMod operating system pre-installed. However, this relationship ended in November 2016 after OnePlus terminated its contract with Cyanogen Inc. and announced that it would produce its own OxygenOS operating system for future devices. In May 2014, Peter Lau, CEO of OnePlus, said that the company would make profits only when customers were satisfied with their purchases; he said that making a profit was not the company’s sole goal. Since 2015 onward, all major OnePlus models have been released in India and China simultaneously, followed by a release in other global markets later on.
