Samsung Galaxy J6 surfaces with Android 8.0 Oreo and octa-core processor

The Samsung Galaxy J6 is expected to have 2GB RAM and Exynos 7870 1.59 GHz Cortex-A53 octa-core processor. It may be a mid-range smartphone. As of now, there is no information about the pricing.

An unannounced Samsung smartphone which goes by the model number ‘SM-J600’ has been spotted on a GeekBench website. The listing has spilt some beans on the expected specifications of the upcoming smartphone. As per reports, the smartphone is expected to be the upcoming Samsung Galaxy J6.

In the GeekBench listing, the Samsung Galaxy J6 got 726 points in single-core test and in multi-core test it received 3643 points. As per the listing on Geekbench, the Samsung Galaxy J6 has 2GB and Exynos 7870 1.59 GHz Cortex-A53 octa-core processor. The handset is based on the 8.0.0 Oreo operating system. From the specs, we expect Samsung Galaxy J6 could be a mid-range smartphone.

There is no information about the pricing and availability of the device as yet, however, given the fact that it has been spotted GeekBench, it will not be much longer before we see some new leaks revealing the pricing as well. So we request you to stay updated on our website for the same.

Earlier this month, the Samsung Galaxy J4 was also spotted on Geekbench website, as per which the Samsung Galaxy J4 has 2GB RAM and 1.43 GHz quad-core processor. The handset is based on the Android 8.0.0 Oreo operating system.
