Samsung has launched its new smartphone in the United States, which is named as Samsung Galaxy Amp Prime 2. The smartphone is priced at $149.99 with activation (approximately Rs 9,676) and is available for purchase through Cricket Wireless.
The Samsung Galaxy Amp Prime 2 features a 5-inch HD display with a resolution of 720×1280 pixels and is powered by a 1.35GHz quad-core processor. It comes with 1.5GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage, which can be further expandable up to 256GB via microSD card. The smartphone runs on Android 7.0 Nougat operating system and gets its strength from a 2600mAh battery with a power-saving mode.
On the camera front, the Galaxy Amp Prime 2 offers 5-megapixel rear camera with LED flash light and a 2-megapixel front-facing camera for selfies. The camera is capable of recording HD video. Besides, the smartphone offers 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, Wi-Fi Hotspot, Bluetooth 4.2 and a microUSB port. The handset measures 5.55″ x 2.76″ x 0.34″.
