Razer, a brand known for making top-of-the-line products for gaming, has finally ventured into the smartphone gaming market with the launch of its first Razer Phone. The smartphone is priced at $699.99 (approx. Rs 57,000) and it will go available in North America and Europe starting from November 17.

The company is also offering 1,337 units of Razer Phone Special Edition, which comes with company’s iconic green triple-headed snake logo. The smartphone is a gamer’s delight for sure and it comes with aluminium body along with front-facing speakers that are powered by Dolby ATMOS and dual amplifiers.

The smartphone comes loaded with a 5.7-inch QHD IGZO UltraMotion display with a screen of 2560 x 1440 pixels, which is protected by 3. What makes it stand out of the crowd is the new 120Hz refresh rate, meaning that users will able to enjoy smooth gaming experience with zero lag or shuttering.

The smartphone is powered by the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 along with a massive 8GB of LPDDR4 and 64GB of UFS storage, which can be further expanded up to 2TB via micro card slot.

On the imaging front, the smartphone bears a dual-camera setup at the back which comes with a combination of 12-megapixel lens with f/1.75 and a 12-megapixel telephoto lens with aperture f/2.6 and it comes with dual PDAF and dual tone flash. For the front, there is an 8-megapixel sensor with aperture f/2.0.

The smartphone comes loaded with a 4000mAh battery along with Qualcomm Quick Charge 4.0. For audio, the phone is equipped with THX certified USB-C audio adapter with a 24-bit DAC. On the connectivity front, the device supports VoLTE, WiFi 802.11ac, 4.2, GPS, USB Type-C, and NFC.
