Micromax has finally dropped the curtains off its much-anticipated device – Micromax Dual 5. The smartphone is priced at Rs 24,999 and will be available via Flipkart, Micromax e-Store and through offline stores starting April 10, 2017. The main highlight of the device is the dual rear camera setup having two 13-megapixel sensors, one being a Monochrome sensor and one being a regular RGB sensor. Another unique feature of the Micromax Dual 5 is its security.
For the specs, the device comes with a 5.5-inch Full HD (1920 x 1080 pixels) AMOLED Display with 2.5D curved display and Corning Gorilla Glass protection. The device is entirely built out metal and resembles a lot to HTC One M7 or even M8 when considering the dual camera setup at the back. On the inside, we have a 1.8 GHz Octa-Core Snapdragon 652 chipset coupled with Adreno 510 GPU for graphics. Further, the device comes with 4GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage which is further expandable via microSD card which sits in a hybrid dual SIM slot. The device runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow with Micromax’s own UI on top.

At the front, we have another 13-megapixel sensor with soft selfie flash to eliminate the unnatural pic under regular flash.
Lastly, the device packs in a 3200 mAh battery inside which also supports Qualcomm Quick Charge 3.0. For connectivity, we get USB Type-C port for charging and data syncing, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS and all the necessary sensors. The device comes with one year replacement warranty.
