Meet Darago 3310: Nokia 3310 Clone selling in India for just Rs 799

Earlier this month, we have also reported about the fake version of Nokia 3310 sighted in China.

Last week, HMD Global announced the launch of most talked about feature phone ‘Nokia 3310’ in India at Rs 3,310 and is now available for purchase through offline stores across India. Meanwhile, a feature phone named ‘Darago 3310’, almost identical to new Nokia 3310 is found selling in India. The Darago 3310 is priced at just Rs 799 and is available for purchase through Flipkart.

This Darago 3310 looks pretty similar to new avatar of Nokia 3310 in terms of design. The keypad layout and the camera cutouts also quite similar to Nokia 3310. The only noticeable difference is the placement of the micro-USB charging port, which is placed at the bottom in the clone, while in Nokia 3310 it is placed on the top.

As per Flipkart listing, the Darago 3310 features a 1.77-inch display with the resolution of 320 x 240 Pixels. It comes with 1GB of and comes with an option to expand the storage up to 8GB via micro SD card. It has a 0.3-megapixel (VGA resolution) rear camera with flash. It gets its strength from a 1050 battery, which claims to offer 100 hours of talk time on the 2G network. Besides, it offers Dual SIM, 2G, Bluetooth, FM Radio, Games, Music Player, Internet Browsing, and Video Recording support.

On the other hand, the original new Nokia 3310 comes with a 2.4-inch curved window colour screen with the resolution of 240×320 pixels along with a decent 16GB internal storage for a feature phone. Further, this storage can be expanded up to 32GB via micro SD card. We get a 2-megapixel rear camera with LED flash along with Nokia Series 30+ operating system. For the fuel, the 3310 packs a 1200 mAh battery which Nokia claims can last you 22.1 hours of talk time, 31 days of standby, 51 hours of playback and 39 hours FM radio playback. In terms of connectivity, we get Dual SIM, (2.0), 3.0 with SLAM, 3.5 mm jack and 2G network connectivity. The handset measures 115.6 x 51.0 x 12.8mm and weight 79.6 grams (including battery).
