BlackBerry Aurora found listed online for pre-order

The sale of the said smartphone will kick start from March 3rd.

Just yesterday, live images of silver coloured BlackBerry BBC100-1 (codename) was leaked online after itwas spotted on the Indonesian regulator’s website, followed by the another leak from Roland Quandt.

Now the same phone has been found listed for pre-order on a couple of Indonesian retailer’s websites named ‘Elevenia’ and ‘Lazada’ in Silver, Gold and Black colour options. The listing reveals the name of the device as ‘BlackBerry Aurora’ and will be priced at (Indonesian Rupiah) RP 34,99,000, which is approximately Rs 17,481. Moreover, the sale of the said smartphone will kick start from March 3rd.

Surprisingly, none of the specifications is listed on the Indonesian website, however, based on the previous leaks, the BlackBerry Aurora features a 5.5-inch HD 2.5D curved glass display with a of 720×1280 pixels and will be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 425 processor. It will come with 4GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage. The smartphone will be backed by a 3,000mAh battery. For the optics, it is likely to sport a 13-megapixel rear camera with Dual flash and an 8-megapixel front-facing camera.

As of now, it is not yet clear whether it will be exclusive to Indonesian market or will it come to other markets as well. Nevertheless, stay tuned on this portal for updates on this BlackBerry upcoming smartphone.
