Asus is working on a new smartphone in its Zenfone 3 series which is named as Asus Zenfone 3 Go. The smartphone was earlier expected to get unveiled during Mobile World Congress (2017) but sadly it did not see the limelight then. Now the Asus Zenfone 3 Go has now been spotted on a GeekBench Benchmarking website.
In the GeekBench listing, the Asus Zenfone 3 Go got 412 points in single-core test and in muli-core test it received 1080 points. As per the listing on Geekbench, the Asus Zenfone 3 Go has 2GB RAM and Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 1.40 GHz quad-core processor. The handset is based on the Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow operating system. The specs in the GeekBench listing are in inline with the specs revealed in the earlier leaks.
Last month, the Asus Zenfone 3 Go surfaced in leaks and renders showing some interesting features of the upcoming device. the device will come with a 5-inch HD display and will be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 processor. The phone will be backed by a 2GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage. The phone will be equipped with Dual MEMS Mics, which seems to reduce noise reduction, while the five-magnet speaker installed in the smartphone will come with smart amp feature, which would probably adjust sound levels to give a better audio output. The device will come with a 13-megapixel camera with a 1.4-micron pixel size, while for the front, there will be a 5-megapixel shooter with soft LED flash ‘for brighter selfies’.
